All of my clients are special and have unique physical and emotional goals they would like to achieve. Whether helping them overcome the ache from a recent injury, manage the discomfort of chronic pain, or empower them to relax in a safe space, my desire is to shape each session and support them while they walk their path. The honor of being invited to do this is what inspired me to start my own massage practice. All too often, we hesitate to reach out for help. My hope is to encourage people to break down those barriers and in return receive exceptional care and heartfelt, client-centered therapeutic massage.

About the Therapist
Graduating in 2006 with an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Allied Health, Melody decided to pursue her original career goal and become a massage therapist. Making the change was easy as she fondly remembers how good receiving a massage felt during finals week, after moving, or just because. Melody decided to move to Denver, Colorado, enrolling in the 700-hour Certified Massage Therapy program at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, Colorado. Upon completion of that program, she enrolled in the Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Massage Therapy program. This program allowed Melody to receive specific training in three modalities of massage therapy that interest her: neuromuscular therapy, cranial-sacral therapy, and lymphatic drainage massage.
Melody completed her studies and graduated in 2008 with 1,194 hours of training in massage therapy and related healing arts as well as her Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Massage Therapy. She claims that her journey is not over, however, and that she continues to grow and hone her skills as a massage therapist and small business owner.
